Thermal warm liners

Good morning
I am looking for recommendations for the above thermal warm liners. I have 2 very cold outside walls in an old stone house. There are so many on the market i dont know which one to go for. I dont really mind the price just as long as it works. It is for a bedroom and would prefer to paint over the liner but not necessarily!!
Any advice please??

I don't know what insulating material they use now, but they used to use polystyrene and best to avoid that as if there is a fire, loads of choking smoke is produced.

Can you post a link or a photo of one of the products you’re considering? I’m not sure what you mean by a “warm liner”.

Thermal wallpaper? There's the Wallrock stuff - is that what you mean?

Sorry I meant a thermal wall liner. Yes I think it is called wallrock. It has a foil backing I believe?

Insulated wallpaper.

It won’t make much difference. It’s very thin. Real wall insulation will be 10 or maybe 100 times thicker.
