How do I make my kitchen ceiling flat again after a leak?

Hi All,

A while ago we had a leak from the bathroom which is directly above the kitchen. After it dried out I scraped the flaky paint off the affected areas and used Zinsser BIN on it. Now I'm left with a slightly different level between the good ceiling paint and where I've scraped the damaged parts off. How do I level it off so I can give the whole ceiling a repaint?

can I use Polyfilla? It's such a thin difference I was worried that Polyfilla would pull out when sanding.

You should be fine, I would suggest trying Toupret one coat fill. Took station sell it
