Blistering on emulsion paint

Hi.... There is one patch on my kitchen wall that blisters when I repaint the rest of the emulsion paint is fine. It is opposite my cooker so it can't be grease it's doing my head in I'm using silk emulsion anyone any ideas

Possibly damp plasterwork or there could be efflorescence on the underlying brickwork.
Strip the damaged paint away by lightly sanding back to bare plaster, going wider than the affected area. Then seal with a mist coat of paint, (1 part paint to 3 parts water), allow to dry thoroughly and apply a second mist coat of you desire. This will prevent the top coat from being absorbed to quickly before it dries.

thank you i think iv'e cured it ..sanded down coat of white primer on it seems to be ok
