Two pin hover mower lead

The RS I can find are 2pin to 2 pin.
Strictly speaking they will be two-pin to two-hole. :)

You want the two-hole which is the socket to go onto the mower.

They have the earth connector metal bar and prongs at the side.

You want this RS one or as AndyPRK suggests above.

Yes. Red plug socket is on lawnmower.
To be clear, the part on the motor is a plug (with pins sticking out).

The bit that fits to it is the socket (with holes so that live parts are not exposed like your present arrangement).

Ta Andy pkr.

Efl. I see. Do you think the wolf garten link i posted 20 meter lead might be ok. I'll wait till they get back.
I don't know anything about joining cables etc.

Unfortunately the cable in your link is out of stock with RS until October.

If you search part number 785-0883 on RS that cable will also be suitable, although it is only 10m long.

When you get the cable, chop off the German plug and replace it with a UK plug, or if you’re not confident to wire a plug, there is an adapter available part number 783-9565, but actually fitting a UK plug is the better way to do the job.

ta winston.
RF the 10 meter one looks good and ill put uk plug on.
Just did a practice run on an old cable and plug, confident now.

I had a look on CPC for the OP yesterday. They don’t really have anything suitable

Lol. Dunno.
Will take bigger picture next time.
Come to think of it the 10 meter one might be easier to manage and quicker to get.
Its my 87 year old man's and he can't understand why I've taken the lead away and wont accept a new lawnmower.
Forgets 5 mins later and then wonders where lead is.
