I don’t know the history of the system just brought the house one year ago, the plumbing in the loft is terrible needs a new hot water cylinder also there are 2 cold water tanks, the system needs a power flush which been quoted £500 also I need a new fitted radiator in front room as one was not fitted, so may aswell fit a new boiler as power flush comes with boiler?

yes a powerflush would be a waste of money if you intend to replace the boiler anyway.

aluminium heat exchangers are a problem, dont be fooled by hear say, the intergas have aluminimu heat exchangers but with copper pipes running through the aluminium, and they have a 10 year garuntee on the heat exchanger.

are you also wanting to upgrade the heating controls to opentherm or anything? as this will also make a big difference on what boiler you should go for.

I got a hive heating already I don’t know what opentherm is sorry?

OpenTherm is an advanced type of control logic which makes your boiler more efficient by only heating the radiators as much as is needed to maintain a constant temperature. It reduces wear and tear on the boiler and reduces your gas consumption. Hive is unfortunately a very basic on/off thermostat which doesn't achieve anything like the same effect
