I hope not. It's in the "Your Projects" section and a well documented process of initial idea to a Grand Design would make an interesting read.

3) sewage: 20 metres (from the road to my property), The location: XXX, It cost me: £XXX
4) electricity: 40 metres (from the road to my property), The location: XXX, It cost me: £XXX
and
5) the plot (freehold, only): XXX metres by XXX metres, I bought it with no permission to build house but it was in a village among other houses, so I got the permission easily later (it took XXX months), The location: XXX, It cost me: £XXX

Look for land andpand on Rightmove like everybody else.
As for utilities, meaningless question as many rural areas don't have gas or sewerage, and not all roads will have water either.
you'd be better off buying something already connected that's dilapidated and renovating.
