And the chances of finding somebody who has recently bought a plot of land in the area you want and connected new services to it for a shipping container are rather slim, so i doubt you'd get any answers from people with specific experience. But you have had lots of good advice you should probably follow.

That really won't help.

Some people will have a sewer pipe running through the land, which would be reasonably cheap to connect too.

Some will have to dig a public road up for 50m, which could easily cost £40k.

Find a plot, get a map of utilities, then someone on here would be able to tell you a very tough price.

Until then, there are far far too many variables

Well an overview is this: budget between £5,000 and £100,000

Seriously, cost of putting services depends entirely on the specific situation.

Do you speak English? You've been told multiple times that it's impossible to give you a price for these connections, if they are even possible.

There will be plenty of plots of land which will not be able to be connected to sewerage or gas, and will therefore need a septic tank and LPG (or electric heating). Have you considered that?

Electric could cost from £500 up to £20-£50k (or more) depending on how far you are from an existing supply.

The same is true for water

The topic is about the plots where it is possible. I really do not know what language I should speak. And please, let me know, according to your own concrete experience, the location. It's about overview, overview, overview. Nothing more, nothing less. Simple. (And how much it cost you, and how many metres. Simple. (If you do not have any your own experience, so, no your comment here. Simple.))

If all 4 utilities are accessible from a road that runs past the plot, or close to it, and there are no issues, you could probably get all 4 connected for £20k-£40k

i was in the process of purchasing a house in 2016. it was derelict since 1980 odd. the electric had been disconnected in the 90's as the grid supply wasn't renewed when they did the rest of the area. to cut a long story short, the nearest place the grid could connect the property to was roughly 1mile as the crow flies. three quarters of which would be on the land of the property i was buying. i said i would dig the trenches etc on my land. the bill was still going to be £155k!!!!! i didn't buy the property in the end but tbh that was more mortgage issues than electricity.....
