Procontrol + pyronix enforcer & hikvision

Good afternoon

I have the pyronix enforcer & hikvision cameras all using the procontrol + app.

For a year everything has been fine. Now the app won't allow me to log in to the panel to arm/disarm the system, cameras are all visible on the app and work fine it's just the arm / disarm and events for the alarm it won't let me into.

Key fobs work fine, arming/disarming manually is fine it's just the app won't let me in.

It says things on the app like No input assigned area, Connection failed/connection ended
and then on the odd occasion it logs in

Any advice appreciated

Afternoon people

I am having the same problem with the app not letting me in the panel.

It was initially set up by and installer who's since gone out of business. I know very little about the system. i don't mind having a go at it but Is the powering down and rebooting of the panel something i could do myself?

If so has anyone got step by step instructions?

Any help greatly appreciated

Have you renewed your app subscription ?
Annual payment to Pyronix required.

Have you tried another app, Hik-Connect?

if you are unable to connect to the app raise a support ticket with Pyronix and provide the panel id, they may be able to advise you if you subscription is valid or if the panel isn't polling in.

Then you can look at getting the subscription sorted elsewhere ie direct with pyronix or with another company, prices do vary so google it to see what works best for you.
