Yes that's what my SIL is experiencing.
What's hard to know is whether the decline is neurological or physiological.
I suppose for people with CP, those parts of the body where the muscles don't work in pairs properly, there is a higher degree of physical stress on the body than if the body functioned correctly. Maybe that leads to more issues in ageing.

For someone who claims to be an expert in 'wordsmithery' you seem to be having problems.
It would appear to be a rather simple challenge.
You don't argue that Semitic people is in modern day usage, but your continual and persistent reference to it would suggest that you consider it to be in regular modern use.
See if you can find a modern use of the term to describe a current and existing ethnicity.

The only Semitic people in Germany at the time were Jewish yet I don't remember seeing any reference to "Semitisch" painted on any walls.
