Replacement melamine coated chipboard worktop

Dear All,

I need to have a worktop made out of melamine coated chipboard that matches some adjacent cupboards. I have attached photographs of the pattern that I require

It will probably have to be custom shaped but I would be grateful if anyone knows of a Company that supplies such a product.
