Plumber fraud - seeking help

Won’t judge take action for fraud (even though no asset) like:
1) Fake 5* rating/reviews - all reviews during lockdown
2) Lies that he will provide Building control reg certificate and when I questioned it by email, he replied but ignored this point.

3) False signature in email replies - email handler registered in the guy’s name but signature lady’s name.

you would have to prove who submitted the reviews, said it before you are chasing good money after bad you wont see a penny

No way.
Judges do no do police work.
Even if these scammers showed up in court, at best the judge would give them a bad look.
So don't think for a second that the justice system works as it should.
This is the reason why it's so easy to scam everyone with a ltd company cover.

Sorry guys for bothering. Will it be still ok if I claim from individual or Sole Tradesman instead of Ltd company? He told my solicitor that company is closed (though it’s not yet closed). I’m just thinking if I will have greater chance to get money back if I claim from individual or sole trader? Pls note that he came to represent company, though I dealt solely with him, his phone number and money was transferred to business account.

I’m not sure if law still allows to claim from sole trader/individual in such scenario.

I will submit online today

Can you not ask your solicitor rather than a DIY forum? If you get it wrong you may mess up your whole claim.

My solicitor is the one who took my old case. He is willing to take money for new case and I’m not in situation to pay more, when lost already

What old case? You have said your solicitor has already spoken to the person you say is at fault.

I don't think some proper legal advice would go amiss.

1) Company ( whose director is lady)
2) Co-defender - the guy who I dealt with

so it will involve both

I don't think that is correct. And if it isn't your claim may be thrown out.

I just called solicitor for another free help. He said I shud claim from company as money was transferred to company. But I forgot to ask who can be Co-defender

The Small Claims process is not as strict as it would be in a normal court, usually just a small room, with the judge at a desk, plus the two opponents sitting opposite stating their case. You cannot usually claim for the services of a solicitor as one of the expenses of the claim. The uk.legal.moderated newsgroup is a good source of legal advice.

Last time I state this:
You transferred the money to a ltd company, so that's your first defendant.
As a scare tactic and nothing more than that, you can and should name the director as co-defendant.
There's very little chance they'll fall for this, but you never know.
Directors are not personally liable for ltd company debts, so it would take them just a little dig on the internet to find their way out, but i bet they've done all of this before, several times.
If they're so stupid to panic at sight of a mcol in which she's named as co-defendant, they might call you and give you back some money, but this is a very remote possibility.
I am out as I have repeated this many times and you keep on asking the same questions.
