Leak in recently installed rooflight

Dear all, a few month ago they installed a rooflight in my house and it has started to leak. I think the problem is that the heat has separated the felt and now the rain has gone through (see pictures). IN the second picture I have dry all the water to stop the leak. Can anyone suggest the correct way to fix this?

I have but I want to make sure they do it properly this time. So how should they fix it?

It's a either a problem with the felt or the frame, or the design so it depends what the cause is.
