My Mums house has a little lean-to with a Poly-carbonate roof which had a Flashing Tape seal.
We hired a roofer to fit Lead flashing, this is the result, it's obviously messy, but I'm not sure it's even chased into the wall properly, the pitched part isn't stepped in, and there's a hole at one end but the guttering.
Am I being harsh ??, it looks bodged to me.

From what my Mum said they laid a plank across the roof and lay on top of it... Am I right to want them to come back and sort it.... I want to get her money back and hire someone else, but she wants to give them a chance to rectify it...??
Cheers for any reply

Well the law is that you have to give them the chance to rectify but anyone would sympathise with any reluctance to do so. Let's face it, it's an appalling excuse of a job.

How did your mother pay them?
How much did she pay them?
Did they give her a receipt?
Where did she find them?

Goodness, embarrassingly bad.

The neighbours conservatory looks like it is over the boundary?

I'm just looking for Expert advice before i take it up with them, they will definitely be correcting the work, but I'm not sure they are capable..???
