Hi,

My boiler has lost pressure and after checking various websites it looks like a simple fix. However I dont know how it can be done on mine, BETACOM 30c. Could anyone help please.

Thanks

you will have a filling loop , usually near the boiler and usually a silver braided hose between the heating return pipe and the cold water inlet pipe, usually below the boiler , if you can find this post a pic and I will tell you how to do it

There should be a filling loop between the cold water supply and central heating return.
The loop should have two valves, they are both opened to raise the pressure to specified amount, then closed. It is likely the radiators will need vent and more water introduced to raise the pressure back up.
Picture of pipework going up to boiler will help.

I have this issue currently -- do you remember where the loop was in relation to your boiler??

you would be better starting your own post, it is against site rules to Hi-jack an existing post and for good reason, your situation is unlikely to be the same as the other poster, start a fresh post and add as many pics as you like from the boiler pressure guage and under the boiler and state which boiler you have and we will be able to help you
