How to tape moisture board

I am fitting a washbasin and w/c in my outhouse which I am converting into a summer house over the winter. It's my first time at DIY and I wouldn't risk it doing it in my home!

So I am using gyproc green moisture board which has a tapered edge. Now what is the best way to join and seal the boards so that I can then lay tiles ontop?

Do I use scrim tape with some special sealant? Or s1 tile adhesive?

The walls are about 12 sqm.

Best practice would be for you to not use any kind of plasterboard behind the basin and basin back splash.
Use some kind of backer board instead in potentially wet areas.

Where you do use p/b use the cheapest 1/2" board you can find - green board is a con , its no more water resistant than any other p/b.

sirG -i wouldnt use tapered edge to tile on.
you can bed a scrim over the joints with tile adhesive if it makes you feel better......,,
fwiw. moisture boards will be fine behind a sink , particularly as you clearly stated you intend tiling it.

sirG . my advice stands. a simple wash basin - tiled behind - is hardly a ‘wet’ area.
