Downpipe branch horizontally (?)

I think what datarebal is suggesting is cut the horizontal pipe somewhere next to the fence, put the offset on the end, and run a pipe between that and the branch? I agree that would look a lot better.

However, it looks to me like you might be able to simply run the horizontal pipe at an angle and straight into the branch, without any joints at all. It's hard to tell without knowing how long the pipe is the other side of the fence, but if that isn't possible I'd do what datarebal has said.

Like this? If so, note that the offset ends up pointing down, not at the angle of the horizontal pipe. Hence why I started this thread...
This is based on the only size branch available to my knowledge, and an offset (not 90degree) bend.

Stick a long length of pipe in that branch and it will naturally bend over time under its self weight! if you want to speed things up a bit then put a hair drier on it.

Yes, that's certainly what I was thinking. I'd assumed the offset in conjunction with the branch would give you a horizontal, but if not it sounds like the way you've done it is probably the only practical option.

Yeah, a couple of 60-something degree bends don’t give you a 90.
