Create a shower waste fall

Hi,
What's the best way to create a fall for a shower tray to soil pipe?
I have a metre length of waste pipe that currently comes out level from the soil stack, it has a single rise made from two 45 degree bends half way along to raise the level of the pipe by 100-120mm.
Is this OK or should I revise it to create a constant drop and how can that be done?

A shower only needs a fall of 1 in 80 or so. So less than 15mm over a metre

So it does drop sufficiently but my concern is the flat and level pipe runs from the shower to the middle drop and the flat run to the soil pipe.

That setup for just a meter of pipe, I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you have suitable water velocity to start with it should be fine.
