Performa 30 HE no DHW

Update: It seems to be working OK now. V odd. could it still be the diaphragm?
 
bump...

I have ordered a new diaphragm but don't want to fit it if the consensus is that it won't make any difference. Since my initial posting the DHW has been fine
 
As an update. I finally got around to replacing the diaphragm. It had a small rip and the edges had swollen a bit.

All is good now. Not sure why no one has replied to my posts.. Am feeling a bit unloved.
