Shortening a Yardmaster shed by 30cm.

Thanks to a bit of a sanfu with a new fence and gate, my new Yardmaster 10x12 foot shed will have to be shortened by 30cm (1 foot.).
From the diagram (the shed has not been fully unpacked yet.) the base could be overlapped as could the wall panels if I redrill some holes. But it looks like the ridge beams are all one piece. Is that the case? Is there anything else I should be wary of when doing this, apart from voiding the warranty?

You could cut through any overlong pieces with an angle grinder........or, as it's unopened, possibly return it.

Without looking at it there is no way off telling
i would assume thin metal welded or pinned to a frame at the joining points so i would say no not without having several tools
and the chances are if you had the correct tools you would know how to use them so wouldn't have to ask:D
