Silverline Electric Breaker / bit stuck

I have managed to get the chissel bit stuck inside the breaker any ideas how to get it out?
Usually there is a bit you pull to release it but that is jammed stuck.

Looks like its missing the knob that needs to be pulled outwards and turned 180 degrees...

I have an Aldi breaker and the release mech is as shown. You already have it on release though, were you using it like that?

Looks like you've put the bit in with the detent in the opposite side to the rotating lock that's meant to engage with the detent. If you then used it like that you've probsbly given it a right battering!
