Labour cost

Can anyone give me a rough labour only cost for the following.
Felt batten and Slate Roof approx 130m
Roof with 4 hips.
One valley to be leaded.
New Facia boards, soffits and gutters.

Have had a quote of £3200 and wondering if this is around the ball park figure.

That price is for labour only. Its cheap is it?
Ive seen the boys work so i know they are reputable.

There's a lot of work in that roof.
