Small soil pipe through roof tiles

Hi all,
I just had my gutters and soffits replaced this week.
Before the job went ahead I asked for some advice with piping a 21mm pipe out of the loft.
The guy said to take it under a roof tile so the waste goes into the gutter.
The pipe is in there however it looked like there was a big gap now between the tiles so I removed it expecting the tile to lower and the gap to disappear.

Is this normal to see a 2cm gap between the tile?
The one in question is the second row up.

I'm just conscious that the advice was ****e and now I need someone back on the roof to push the tile back into place.

In the other hand its completely normal and I can only see it here because of the new small hole in the felt.

to make it sit correctly wit the pipe it needs to be done from outside, tile notched with a small lead saddle. Now even if you seat it correctly without the pipe you will be left with a hole , part of the tile bottom has been chipped off..

I think your man was feeling creative, it happens some times

Any advice on whether it's acceptable or not?
Like am I gonna leak
If it was "safe" I was just gonna feed the pipe back through (since the hole is already there) and just lightly stuff the hole with something like insulation or something like that lol .

It's not textbook and kicking tiles accompanied with compromised underlay CAN cause issues but if it doesn't leak I wouldn't lose too much sleep over it.
But if you've had a job carried out and the work is substandard you're well within your rights to expect/want it remedied

If you want things done the right way then it's not ok

I have a broken roof tile round the side of my house.
Can anyone say what kind of roof tile that is and where can i get one?
