LED under cabinet lights

Hi,
If I fit several led lights of different lengths under kitchen cabinets,
ie: 838mm long at 13 watts and 277mm long at 4 watts, will they give out the same amount of light or will one appear brighter? Want to create a uniform appearance.
Hope not a daft question!

Simple maths one has 15 mW per mm the other 17 mW per mm so seems unlikely.

If they are the same type of tape, they will be the same brightness.

however the nominal length will include the (probably same size) end caps, so the light-emitting section of tube will be less, and the calculation of lumens per unit of length not that simple.
