Bathrooms rarely get involved TF

Built in the wall taps
Concealed cisterns you cannot access
Etc etc

No consideration for future maintenance

Jeez us wept

U can get a cheap bathroom suite cheap as chips

Get a shower cubicle tap planes or similar they have been fitted in prisons so are pretty robust

Jobs a good en

Floor bung some vinyl down

Walls get some of that tile on a roll and bung that up

Tell yer missis that's what she is getting and remind her that you wear the trousers

Er no transam does not partake in alcohol consumption

One needs to stay alert and keep. Ones wits about him

Yeah.... I’m wondering if I should just leave it after that quote! It’s just I have been slowly working my way through the house over the last few years and the bathroom is the only thing that’s not been “tarted” up! Although the bathroom was the best part of the house when I moved in!

Its a pity the windows have been modernised else I'd have said fit a new one two courses (of bricks) shallower.
On our last extension, we actually moved the window to the other outside wall so that it made fitting a shower more practical.

Yes all in working order. Just feel it’s a bit mismatched with the rest of the house.

that cill could be raised level with the bevel in the pvc , just under the handle, giving a perfect (i think) height fo a vanity/sink.

I’m trying to imagine what you mean, would this give me more space or something? But yeah, seems I can’t even stretch to a new suite and tiles never mind a window

Oh I see. Yes it’s very annoying how huge the window is and how low down it goes. That will have to stay though unfortunately.

Unless that is not a big job??
