We've got visitors!

Mrs M noticed a chewed up bin liner in the under sink waste bin the other day and I’d seen some chewed up tin foil the day before so I dug out a couple of humane mouse traps and loaded them with peanut butter. Came down this morning and I had a full house! Going to have to take them on a trip later, give them a second chance and let them be someone else’s problem.

Edit: Mrs Mottie has just been shown the picture....and she’s gone mad! "They’re on the worktop next to the dishcloth!" Out came the bleach......some women are never happy, are they?

I’m just going to keep going until I’ve exhausted the herd! Herd immunity is what I’m after. Anyway, I’ve released them in the alley that runs along the back of our houses - well away from our house!

my FiL was marking them with a bit of paint and releasing them at the other side of a field about 250 yards away - they were coming back! He then started taking them to the beach about 15 miles away and never seen them again.

We noticed some of the apples in the fruit bowl were being shared by a visitor. So we laid a (humane) trap and caught the little fella. We took him about 500 yds away and have never had anything since.

I spun them round until they were dizzy and then set them free. Last seen going away from my house...….

A girlfriend's brother was a pest controller and recommended 1/2 mile.
I don't know if they can't find their way back or

We have a plague of squirrels in the garden, courtesy of the neighbours feeding birds, think they may have rats in their garden. May invest in a .177 rifle, pffft pffft pffft, no more squirrel.
