Chip in worktop

Hi All

I have a grey Nobilla German kitchen with a thin worktop approx 15mm that has 2 small chips in the top of the worktop and i want to fill the hole to stop water getting in and making it worse
any ideas welcome please

Is it a resin worktop?

I think it’s mdf based with a covering over it
