You could have a bash yourself but it’s so much better to dismount the tyre first, and you’d need to paint and lacquer the whole wheel.
The likes of Chipsaway and many others will do a much better job really.....the cheaper guys will sand, spray and lacquer but its best to have the paint baked - its much more durable that way and that’s what the pro’s will do.

Thanks John, but as the scuffs not too bad. I was hoping to do something myself, when u say the cheaper guys will sand, spray and lacquer what do u spray on before the lacquer? Thanks
The aluminium damage is pretty minimal so you could sand, fill, sand the filler down and then prime, probably with an etching primer.
After that its the gloss colour followed by a clear lacquer coat.
Be aware, silver metallics are awful to match in, so its likely you’d need to do the whole wheel.

Thanks again John
It's an alloy on a ford focus so perhaps that may make it easier to find the right one........ perhaps. I see that Isopon do an alloy filler, do u know anything about that?
The Isopon filler has metallic particles in the mix so it’s a little harder than the normal stuff.....you’ll need a microscopic amount!
I’d guess an as new repair would be in the £70 region, depending where you are.....not bad when you work out the 3 paints plus filler costs!
