The same as the old one - plus the earth wire.
You need an additional connector block. The three browns in the centre of the old ceiling rose would go into this additional connector block.
On the block supplied with the light;-
The two blues from the ceiling rose go to the blue of the new light.
The blue with the brown sleeve from the ceiling rose go to the brown of the new light.
All green and yellow earth wires get joined together.
On the block supplied with the light;-
