My downstairs rad is cold

I've bled it, removed the air vent, stuck a hose on there to open up the flow and return

The pump definately works

After removing the floorboard, i noticed the middle 22mm pipe in my first pic is cold. However the other two pipes on either side are hot.

The two 22mm pipes, run directly to the radiator that does not work

In my second pic, the pipes on the left are the same pipes i previously mentioned.

However, the pipes at this point are both cold. The distance between the pipes in the 1st and 2nd pic is approximately 3.5m away

Does this suggest that it is an air block?

Originally, I had a tank connected to the pipes in the first pic

I'm not clear on the setup. Which of the pipes in the first picture is the flow from the boiler? And which is the return back to the boiler?
Also check there aren't any hidden isolation valves anywhere.

I assume this is the same radiator as your thread from a few days ago ,what did the plumber who attended conclude ? If it is the same rad it's never going to work as both those pipes are connected to the 15 mm . It needs re plumbing .
