No before 1st April 1996 as it says Clwyd on the sticker and on 1st April 1996 it reverted back to Flintshire, Denbighshire plus new county of Wrexham. I am a Gog so remember the change both ways, but easy to get dates mixed up.

In a side note, does anyone remember which year the nominal voltage was reduced to 230/400?
I remember fitting 240V and 415V warning labels in the 90s but I worked for a firm which was a little bit set in its ways, so whether or not I should have been is a different matter!
If I recall correctly, the Standard harmonising nominal voltage (at 230V) throughout Europe appeared in 1983, but it was not until 1987 that countries started 'adopting' the nominal 230V voltage, but I'm not sure when the UK adopted it.
I think the drop from 250 volt to 240 volt was as the national grid came in, which was completed on 19 December 2008 when Abergeirw a hamlet located in Gwynedd, North Wales, got connected, by which time we were running 230 volt. I can remember Llwyngwril eleven miles south-west of Dolgellau going from 110 volt DC to 240 when national grid was connected, I think around 1960. I think originally water power, as power station next to river, but by time I was visiting the area it was diesel.
