I've seen some metal nozzles that are attached to normal caulking nozzle. The videos of these things look too good to be true .
Has anyone tried them?

Probably more useful are the adjustable angle plastic nozzles which are favoured by some trade decos and kitchen fitters. At least they can be angle cut give a more convenient nozzle shape or to allow a thicker bead to be produced
Can't think of a reason to use metal other than may last longer dragging over masonry .
The immediate disadvantage would they may scratch or mark more delicate surfaces .
