Hi all,

looking to install a concrete pad approx 2m x 2m on slightly sloping ground.

Can anyone advise how deep I will need to go, thickness of the base etc. I will undoubtedly have a few other questions but I need a starting point please.

It is for a hot tub, the solid type not the inflatable type

I'd say 6 inches of hard-core and 4 inches of concrete, with framework to allow for the slope, but I'm no expert.

Don't reckon you will need any mesh, but it would be belt and braces.
