A very good friend of mine's late father used to run the narrow gauge children's railway on Valley Road in Nottingham.
He still has one engine which his father made from scratch. It's an incredible piece of work and a beauty to look at. I'd love to know how many hours it took to make. Must be around a 1000 hours I guess. Maybe more.
