Outside light question

Existing 500w PIR floodlight has packed up and needs to be replaced, 8w/15w PIR would do.
Would also like to install another 8w floodlight without PIR that comes on at the same time.
Could this be done? I was thinking maybe picking up power from the neutral core of the first light?
Not a spark, so be gentle. Put it down to idle lockdown thoughts.
Power supply is from a fused plug. Any junction boxes would be indoors.

You want two LED lights both controlled by the same PIR?

Google "PIR stand alone sensor" or similar ( https://www.google.com/search?q=pir+standalone+sensor ) You would feed line, neutral and earth into the sensor and the sensor would give out switched line, neutral and earth. You can then chain as many lights off this as the PIR specs allow. A lot cleaner than trying to hack out a supply from a combined unit. You can then also place the sensor in the best position for it and the light(s) can be some distance away. With LED lights you should be able to light up your entire road before you max out the sensor (waiting for the government green initiatives to mandate that all lighting circuits have a 1A fuse )

Also if you use the dedicated kit then you'll keep the required IP rating of the units for outdoors. Once you start cutting into something to modify it then you'll need to figure out how you seal it again and all that fun and games.

Cheers for the replies. I was aware of the stand alone PIR's but was looking for other options.
I've had another think and I'm not sure my idea would work.
Since these lights have a length of pre-wired cable I thought that I could take a live feed from the neutral in a JB to another light. My thinking was, there would only be current in the neutral when the lamp illuminates but I hadn't considered the PIR.
Think I'll just plug two PIR operated lights in and be done.
