Cooker trips upstairs/downstairs lights

My cooker has a dodgy element in the fan oven ( I use the top oven now) However when it trips the upstairs/downstairs lights go off I am no electrician however this seems bonkers to me ! Any info advice would be greatly appreciated

show us a photo of your consumer unit, with the flap open, close enough to read the incriptions on, and labels over, the individual breakers, please.

Yes I’m sure I was in the living room watching tv with lights on I went to check the food upstairs lights were off and so we’re the kitchen lights and cooker the fridge was still on which is plugged into a socket.
 
As you say you are no electrician & cannot work out the problem it is difficult for anyone to say from your pics. other than something is not as it should be & you should call an electrician in.
 
Use the oven to force a trip, and then


show us a photo of your consumer unit, with the flap open, close enough to read the incriptions on, and labels over, the individual breakers, please.

(Without resetting anything)

So we can see what has tripped.
 
It seems to be intermittent and has not tripped over the past few days however it has done this before be fine for a while then starts tripping again
