Hi all,
I have a basic plumbing question. I want to connect a 15 mm dia flexible hose between a toilet cistern and isolation valve. I thought I'd need a short section of copper pipe between them and use 15 mm compression to 1/2inch flexible hose.
I noticed if I remove the nut and olive from the isolation value the 1/2 end of the hose screws on. Is it ok to screw a 1/2 inch fitting onto a compression fitting as shown below? If so I might get a 1/2inch to 1/2inch flexible hose.
Please see the images.
Thanks,
Paul
