Neatest way to run basin waste

What's the best way to run my basin waste based on the layout shown on the CAD image. The toilet is now going to be wall hung with the soil pipe exiting horizontally through the wall directly adjacent to it.
I'd like to avoid having a separate waste going through the wall for the basin, can I use a boss on the horizontal section of soil pipe to connect the basin waste?
Ideally I'd use a 90 deg pan connector with built in basin waste but I'm not sure this is possible as the 90deg would be horizontal, I'm guessing they are intended to be used vertical with the basin waste coming in the top? Thanks.

Yes. Boss into the top of the horizontal soil pipe. You are correct about the built in pan connector

The w/c frame does not come with a pan connector, is there any reason I can't use a standard straight pan connector into an elbow? Do wall hung toilets have a different spigot? Thanks

You can get a bent pan connector with a waste tapping.

Yes but as discussed I don't think this is an option as it would put the basin waste connection on the side as my pan connector is horizontal.

If you are looking for a pan connector with a boss in it then you could use one of these into a straight piece of pipe


Strictly speaking though they're not for connecting another waste, it's there to allow a supplementary vent to be added but they do get used for that
Much better with a strap boss into the soil pipe further downstream.
