Congratulations Boris

Unsurprisingly, foreigner-hating ryler clings to a 3-year old story.

And the referendum was nearly 4 years ago.
Thousands of ordinary people affected by the influx of foreigners and all the contemptuous and pompous elite and europhiles could do was make charges of racism against them. And of course still do.

See things haven't changed much round here since last visit,:sneaky: Brexit already.

Deaths - compare per 100,000. Bit more meaningful but doesn't really account for concentration - cities more of a problem and closer ones worse - eg S Wales.
Interesting one % population infected and % of those that die. When just hospital cases were kept it was possible to get at that and other info about that could relate that to age as well. Age increase hospital cases but ...... some don't come out in just about all age groups.

Death 28days after a test results in slightly lower numbers. It's a tricky one as once covid has done it's stuff all sorts of things can fail later so did they die of that or covid. Obviously covid. Some have needed x-ray (uk) or mra scans to see that they have had it. mra is a bit short on availability here.

But true Boris or more correctly various people have got testing up. Track and trace too but it's currently being overloaded - late reaction as usual but to try and get things semi ok for Xmas. Deaths will continue to rise near current rates for a while.

I don't suppose it is the case (although?), but what if everyone who has died from covid was obese?

Would they tell us or would that not be politically correct?

A lot of underlying conditions are detected by blood tests. They can show things in lots of people but it doesn't mean they will die. It might mean that they will die at some point earlier than if they didn't have them. There is no saying when as people vary. The main one to avoid covid death is probably being physically fit. That can't be achieved overnight and to some extent depends on what some one has done for years not weeks. The weeks one can loose weight and tone things up but not much more.

To be honest without more info I don't trust the use of the term underlying conditions. There is a need to know what and how severe. It's pretty easy to be pre diabetic for instance according to a test. There has been loads of news for years about that and how over weight people are generally.

Yes. The fact that being obese is a risk factor has been communicated many times. If it was the sole risk factor it'd be shouted from the rooftops.

Paranoid much?

OK Prof., can you give us the number of deaths for people who died from covid with a BMI of under 25 and for those with a BMI of over 25.
Sweeping statements much?

The fact is vitamin D deficiency is a major factor with this virus ( the Chinese obviously don’t like black............... people of colour) The darker the skin, the less vitamin D absorbed. Maybe they were trying eugenics, don’t know but that is the reason for increasing rates among darker skinned people.

Covid cases in Africa are so low they almost don't register on comparison graphs.?(n)

They are concluding that the ethic aspects of covid are, not sure what words to use, life style aspects and living conditions etc. Nothing derogatory. Think under privileged etc as well. Another effect seems to be a higher % becoming infected. Like other aspects of covid - lots of early speculation leaves people mentioning other reasons. All races suffer in the same way given similar problems. When they fully grind up all of the numbers then it might be possible to add other aspects. Mention of this area has been restricted until recently.

;) Can't mention how the current wave got started either. Feminists would object but the data from testing is pretty clear. Initially females 20 to 29, males same age range not much later and then affluent late teens. This spreads it around and it eventually spread into all age groups and a lot more people have symptoms.
