Scantronic ion-160ex and Pyronix Twin Alert

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a Pyronix Twin Alert to a scantronic ion160-ex.

The Scantroinc has a + and - (the previous 9752 etc i fitted previously only had a connection).

The headers on the Scantronic:

Twin Alert Details:

At the moment the + on the panel is connected to SPK on the twin alert, but the chime does not work, the Bell works fine. I've tried adjusting volume but no joy.

Any help?

Have you tried -LS on the panel to SPK on the twin alert?

Im sure i did when it was initally fitted, but will move it again and check. The bit that has thrown me is the + and - on the Alarm, 9752 etc all only had 1 connection for loudspeaker

Twin alert crackles whilst connecting to ls1+ however not beeping when connected to either + or -
