Probably leaking from corroded brake pipe above fuel tank. That is the common place on Vectra's
Handbrake not working at all and loss of brake fluid ( related fault issues ? )

Yikes just did a google search on Rightboy91 and apart from the 'interesting' sites he frequents I noticed he lives in the same area of the country as me.... Have made a mental note to steer clear of Vectra's for now until we get notification that it has been taken to the (s)crap heap.
I’m out if he is.....spent ages on many issues for him

Can I suggest a special sub forum specially for Rightboy's money pit Vectra?
Maybe also a sweepstake to see what finally finishes off the car. Will it be a big fire? Or maybe the brakes give out causing mayhem and death when it takes out a queue at a bus stop? Which dramatic exit will finally mean the end of the road for the big Vauxhall?

The theory is that in life they are insignificant under-achievers, often belittled, and it therefore gives them a giant thrill if they can see themselves as the instigators (leaders ) of something that causes many people to react to their commands ( posts). Naturally the longer they can spin out the charade, the greater their pleasure.
