Hi. We are going to put an extension on the side of our dormer bungalow. As we do I’d like to put a garage on the comes forward of the building line into the drive (still few metres from the road). Also thinking to have the door pointing into the drive rather than facing the road - not sure if that helps.
The road has a lot of different looking house which I hope will play in my favour but wondering if anyone has done this and the experience with planners ?
