Yep, I always think 'same sex' partner.

Well many moons ago. I left work with my senior manager. He said his partner was picking him up and asked if I needed a lift. I said no as I was meeting a few friends later. An Aston Martin pulls up and it's a young man is driving. I said - is that your son? He said no. That's my partner. I pulled the most shocked expression possible. My manager duly noted my response. He put a new spin on the word Sugar Daddy.

I don't understand.

Surely you can have Christmas dinner with the family as long as you wash your hands, wear a mask when you stand up and leave before 10pm no harm will come to anyone.

So what’s your Christmas plans? Sticking to the rules of your country's leader are you?
Well sadly I'm stuck in a country run by an imbecile and his sociopathic partner...

With a bullying home secretary and an incompetent chancellor to boot...

Thus I will follow your advice and 'break the rules' if I feel it necessary (y)

I knew you’d moved! Luckily for me, I’m still in a country where when our leader talks about Europe and the U.K. and he says he's going to leave one of them, he really does! ;)

Because it's Happy Holidays, christmas has been taken away from us by the PC brigade and muslims. :ROFLMAO:

It's the only thing we can look forward to - an argument with the family we can just about barely tolerate for a few hours a year.

When will you ever learn

Another thread likely to be locked, because of an ongoing personal feud, pathetic.

You could of course make up a 'family building firm' and then attend an 'emergency incident' about the same time as the meal is served...

Or just follow mottie's advice and simply break the rules...

After all, plod will be doing the same (y)

No point anymore mottie...

You've never won an argument with me old man and you never will :)
