Feed Pipes for Sink etc

Hi
I need to put in a few feeds in my extension for 2 sinks, 1 dishwasher and 1 washing machine.

The question here is where should i present these?

Should they be positioned so that they pop up through the floor or out of the wall?

I suspect that these should be up through the floor at the right place but just wanted to make sure

Yes, through the floor is preferable.

1. With 2 sinks a dishwasher and a washing machine sounds like a utility room.
2. If so:
2a. With wooden floor and space underneath, and no intention to cover floor with tiles, laminate etc. run under floor
2b. With concrete floor run at skirting board level. Use units or boxing in to house pipes, but still reasonably accessible.

Yeah its a utility room and a kitchen with a wooden floor so i think i will bring them up through the floor
