Alarm is wired up to the upstairs lighting circuit, every time I trip fuse, goes off

Here. it went off because of tamper alert. Put back plastic panel, trip upstairs lighting circuit and untrip, noise stopped.

And do during the day, as outside bell box could ring for 20 minutes or longer dependant on bell box
Thanks for this, just to clarify, i need to pull a wire marked Fuse out of the white terminal connector? Do you know which wire this is, what colour? Sorry i just dont want to mess it up
thanks for the info, what do I do with these two?
Take the fuse out of the fused spur below the control panel,that's the white block, then disconnect the battery by taking spade connector of battery terminals. This will completely down power alarm system.
