Orisec have better attitude to getting things sorted, but they are not issue free by any means, certainly a lot more flexible than most other things on the market.

wouldn't use there 500 and 700 range of keypads in dark areas for example due to keypad illumination issues, love the touch screen keypad and the 400 range, the wireless bell and illuminated bells and that many of there devices if wireless but have a 12V supply they act as repeaters, so you don't have battery failures due to other devices connecting back to the panel.

you got a photo of the plastic clip mate? Just interested as cannot seem to locate it.

old post i know, but i seem to get problems with the Enforcer panel where all wireless devices go supervision fault at the same time...
