Eastern European plumbers are far far better than English plumbers.

Especially on underfloor heating.....they runs rings around the English.
The quality of training in Europe is out of this world....that's the EU for you.

Im pretty sure you don’t. We have a Spanish account for the villa expenses and my mate has a local account for his Sardinian expenses too. Neither are residents. I think it’s only if you’re an ex pat with no U.K. address that you may have a problem.

Some European countries still have good trade training, college and apprenticeship schemes, which the UK has mostly lost interest in.
