Hi the details below are for a two bedroom flat:

- Upgrade of x2 consumer unit (economy 7 & standard supply) - Replacement of x1 extractor fan in bathroom - Replacement of pull cord heater in bathroom - Replacement of bathroom light fitting 6w LED 2056-2283 - Investigation and correction of high r 'n' reading on the socket circuit - Upgrade of CPC sleeving

total price is 570 pounds.

Do you think it is a reasonable quote?

I would expect 2x consumer unit replacements to be far more than that on their own.

2x decent 4 way consumer units with Type A RCBOs and surge protection would be £400+ in parts alone.

Other, cheaper, non compliant options are available.

The only way to check is to ask another local electrician for a quote. If you want to get three quotes that would be reasonable but in my opinion for a small job like that any more than three is wasting people's time quoting.
It is impossible to tell on a forum like this how easy, or difficult, each part of the work is.

Thats too cheap, I think he's missed a digit off. and I work in the Boro (Home town) and London

Some firms (like Pimlico) charge a lot. But I don't see a vast difference in quote between the two towns.
