Unfortunately none at all. All we can do is trust that people will do the right thing. You can’t monitor everyone just like we trust that people will not speed in a car or drink and drive. Most don’t, some do.

There is no effective function to prevent this, BUT? what has the UK Government put in place to easily and effectively monitor any individual entering the UK ?? As harry above?? phone monitoring?? whatever it is it must be semi autonomous, in effect a computer that rings a bell for a Human to make a call on what to do next?? Not all that labour intensive??
