Wet floor in doorway cavity

I guess whoever did the brickwork up to dpc level didn’t know or didn’t care where the doors were going, hence the dpc still sat on the inner skin in your first pic
Yeah they should have used perimeter insulation if it’s up against a non-insulated part of the wall
As long as they put a trough of dpm down before pouring that extra bit realistically it’ll probably be fine and no different to loads of places before there was a requirement to put 25mm perimeter insulation in

Thanks. So I've got to accept it hasn't been done perfectly, but also that I'll get away with it with building control. So comes down to what should i do if anything.
There is a trough of dpm down, so is it fair to assume that by my pictures it's just so cold that the water is taking ages to evaporate from it and moisture may be condensing in it? The only thing I can think of doing is to dig down and try to get an insulation upstand between the external skin and concrete cavity. I could call builder back but don't like my chances, and they'll probably be a huge delay and I'm living with a temporary kitchen and desperate to get it done.
I am meant to be tiling, so do you think the cold from that cavity will transfer through the tiles quite badly and make a noticeable different to the entire floor? (The room is an open plan diner (4.5m x 3.7m) with a kitchen (2.7m x 3.5m).

You could always tile up to that bit and leave it a bit longer to check it dries out
The bco must have signed the oversite off earlier in the process so I don’t think they can suddenly flag it now - could be wrong tho
