Neff electric oven

Hi
I bought an Neff electric oven (B45E743GB).

I have wired it up and it comes on. I have set the clock.

The problem is I cant get the oven to come on. The temp display does not come up either. I feel I may need to press some buttons together and then the actual oven will come on. Once the oven comes on the temp will be displayed.

Any idea what I am doing wrong.

Surely the instruction booklet will have that info ??

No the instruction booklet just says setting the clock. Accordingly to the booklet, once clock is set you should be ok, but i feel i am doing something wrong and that's why oven does not heat or the temp display is not showing

Make sure you have not set the timer inadvertently.

where the temp display is i get " c32 & c10", not sure what this is?

I think C10 says you are in the settings menu, and C32 sets the timer alarm duration to 2 minutes. normally enter settings menu by holding info button for 3 seconds

Doesn't it also say what the various controls do?
Have you tried the rotary knob in different positions?
